Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Neoconda LLC ("Neoconda", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of docs.neoconda.com (the "Site"), including its search and "Ask AI" features (together, the "Services"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
Purpose of the documentation
This Site documents Neoconda hardware and software, which include tools and capabilities relevant to security research and penetration testing. This documentation is provided strictly for use on systems, networks, and devices that you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Nothing on this Site grants permission, authorization, or encouragement to access any computer system, network, or device without the owner's consent. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws — including computer-crime, wiretapping, and radio-spectrum regulations — in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or Services to gain, or attempt to gain, unauthorized access to any computer system, network, account, or data;
- Use the documentation, or any tool or technique it describes, against any target you do not own or do not have explicit written authorization to test;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to disrupt the Site or the infrastructure behind it, including denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or attempts to bypass rate limits;
- Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to extract content from the Site at a volume or frequency a human user could not reasonably generate, or to reproduce the Site's content for a competing product;
- Attempt to circumvent, probe, or abuse the Ask AI feature — including attempts to extract its underlying prompts or configuration, generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or use it in a way designed to exhaust our AI usage allowance;
- Upload, transmit, or submit through the Site any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that contains malicious code;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
We may investigate suspected violations and, at our sole discretion, restrict, rate-limit, suspend, or block access to the Site or Services for any user or address, without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Ask AI
Ask AI is generated by an automated language model and may produce answers that are incomplete, outdated, or factually incorrect, even when it appears confident. Ask AI is provided for convenience only and is not a substitute for the written documentation, which is the authoritative source. Do not rely on Ask AI output for safety-critical, legal, or compliance decisions, and do not use it as professional, legal, or security advice.
Before first use of Ask AI you must agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that your questions are sent to a third-party AI provider. If you do not agree, do not use Ask AI. Ask AI is intended only for questions about Neoconda, cybersecurity, and hardware. If a question is outside that scope, we may end the chat, and you can start a new one. To keep the service available for everyone, we limit how many questions can be asked in a given period and may require a short automated check before answering.
Your questions are processed by us and our service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information. For help that Ask AI can't provide, contact us through our Discord server or at [email protected].
Intellectual property
The documentation content, design, and branding on this Site are owned by Neoconda or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and use the documentation for personal or internal purposes related to your use of Neoconda products. You may not republish, redistribute, or create derivative works from substantial portions of the Site's content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Third-party references
The documentation may reference third-party tools, software, or services (for example, open-source security tools). We don't control those third parties, don't endorse them beyond the reference itself, and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
No warranty
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neoconda and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services — including damages resulting from any action you take based on Ask AI output or the documentation. Our total liability arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neoconda and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site or Services in violation of applicable law; or (c) your use of any tool, technique, or information from the documentation against a system you were not authorized to test.
Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
